Important Dates and Action Items

Local Scholarship Application for Red Wing Public Schools’ Class of 2025

The scholarship application is available here and in the main office. All applications are due by March 28 at 3:30 pm. No late applications will be accepted.

Outside scholarships

As students receive outside scholarships or financial awards (this doesn’t include grants) please send a copy to Bethany Borgschatz at baborgschatz@rwps.org in the office so that we can announce these on Award’s Night.

Pick up your cap and gown during lunch May 1

Graduates of 2025, Jostens will be here Wednesday, May 1, to hand out caps and gowns. Distribution will be near the cafeteria from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please make plans to pick up your items during this time.

Need a transcript for college, internship or job?

ATTENTION 2025 SENIORS: As your graduation date approaches, remember you must place your order on Parchment to get your final transcript sent to your colleges, jobs, internships, etc. In addition, you must click HOLD FOR GRADES when choosing the timing for it to go out, otherwise it won’t contain your semester 2 grades or your updated GPA. These transcripts are free to you until July 1, 2025.

Dates of note

May 21: Senior Award’s Night (Invite)
May 30: 9 a.m. — Senior Breakfast (Location: Mississippi National Golf Links; no charge)
11 a.m. — Senior picture and rehearsal in the gym (Required and be prompt)
7 p.m. — Graduation (Graduates meet promptly at 6 p.m.)

June 30: Final day to order a transcript free of charge from Parchment.com.
