The Native American Student Association, also known as NASA, is a student-led organization dedicated to raising the voices of Native American students every day at Red Wing Public Schools. Each year NASA holds several events to celebrate and to educate. Indigenous Peoples Day received special attention on Oct. 9, 2023, because this was the first time the day was an official Minnesota holiday.
