We need your voice and ideas on the Colvill Parent Advisory Council (PAC)!
What does the PAC do?
PAC plans events and activities that support the school.  This includes family events, classroom events and grants, etc.  The time commitment is minimal (less than one hour, 4 times per school year), and the benefits are many!

When are PAC meetings and how long do they last?
PAC meetings are held on Thursday evenings, six times per year 4:30 to 5:30 PM at Colvill.  That is right before open gym night. Your children will be cared for during the meeting, and your family will be able to eat supper and will get free admission to open gym night that evening.

What are the benefits of being part of the Colvill PAC?
Be more involved in your child’s school! Even if your child doesn’t tell you, they are grateful for your involvement!
Hear updates from the director and teachers regarding what is happening in the school.
Have input into planning for school and classroom events and classroom grants.
Hear speakers sponsored by PAC on topics important to parents (social emotional well-being, dealing with challenging behaviors, etc.).
Receive free childcare, dinner and admission to Open Gym Events for your entire family, held immediately after PAC meetings.
Attend 3 or more PAC meetings, and you will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift certificate good toward either Colvill Kids or ECFE tuition. Drawing to be held at April meeting.

How can I get involved?
Call Colvill at 385-8000 by noon the day of the meeting to let Anita know you are coming and if you need dinner and childcare.

What is the schedule of meetings for this year?
All meetings are held once on Thursdays, six times a year from 4:30 – 5:30  and include free childcare, dinner and admission to open gym night.
