E-Learning Plan - Update 11/5/2020
E-Learning Plan - Update 11/5/2020 - Spanish

Due to COVID, the school district planned for three learning models to be used this year:
In-Person, Hybrid, and Distance. The district will initially implement In-Person Learning
for students in grades K-4 and Hybrid Learning for students in grades 5-12, but the
learning model will likely change throughout the year.

The “E-12 Red Wing Learning Plan for Parents” (see below) explains the differences
between the learning models. It also describes other significant changes made for the
upcoming year:

  • School calendar, including first day of school for students
  • Grade configurations for all K-12 schools
  • Daily starting and ending times for students
  • Transportation services
  • Operational changes due to COVID

These are significant changes that impact every aspect of our district, so please read
carefully.  For information in Spanish, please contact us at 651-385-4607.

Other Services

These following organizations are working together to provide emergency financial assistance for families regardless of citizenship status. Examples of assistance include diapers, gas cards, hygiene supplies, groceries (after a family has gone to the food shelf), clothing for work, internet set-up for school work, medication fills, and cooking supplies (crockpots/baking supplies) to make meals at home. There is also some help in the form of rent, mortgage, or utilities; however since there are federal and state programs in place to assist with these, these will only be approved in special circumstances. Three Rivers also helps support families with rent and utilities.

While these organizations strive to serve all families in need, there are numerous requests for assistance, time is needed to process requests, and not everyone will qualify for help.

Please complete the following form if you need help with basic living needs due to significant loss of income.
