Community and Student Flu Vaccine Clinics - Nov. 5 - 12 

RWPS Flu Vaccination Clinics

Student flu clinics
will be available during school. The vaccination will be billed to the child's insurance and will be provided at no cost to those without insurance.  Parents can register their children now by completing the online form at https://www.cognitoforms.com/HomelandHealthSpecialists1/_2019FluClinicConsentFormGoodhue

Community flu clinics will be held for anyone age 6 months and older. No registration is necessary for community clinics.

November 5 - 3:00pm - 6:00pm - RWHS - Community
November 7 - 11:30am - 1:00pm - TBMS - Students
November 7 - 3:00pm - 6:00pm - TBMS - Community
November 12 - 10:00am - 11:30am - Burnside - Students

Children and Adults without health insurance may qualify to receive flu vaccinations for $20 or less under the Minnesota Vaccines for Children Program and Un/Underinsured Adults Vaccines Program
The cost for persons who chose to pay privately is: Flu Injection $35 FluMist (if available) $40
*Offering the Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine for the best protection possible.
